Teen Life Skills Course – Thursdays (7:30PM) – Holt

The classes are designed for all dogs between 5 months and 3 years old.

Thursday classes take place at Holt Village Hall, BH21 7DJ. Location details will be emailed to you on booking. Each class lasts 45 minutes.

Our eight week bootcamp for Teenage Dogs will help support you through the tumulteous teenage phase, building solid foundations for an all-round well trained dog including:

• Reliable Recall
• Loose Lead Walking
• Confidence Building
• Settling & Calmness Skills
• Combat Typical Teen Problems (selective hearing/hyperactivity/anxiety)
• Frustration Management (stopping barking/jumping up/biting/lunging etc)
• Relationship Building between Dog and Handler

Once you have selected your start date you will automatically be enrolled in the following seven sessions.

Your course includes:

• Introductory online webinar on understanding your teenage dog, how they learn and pre-course exercises to set you up for success.
• Eight 45 minute training sessions covering all the desired life skills to help create a well-rounded dog.
• Private WhatsApp group where video tutorials of each training exercise are added to at the end of each session, so you can refer back and train in your own time.
• Access to our Student Support Facebook Group for life-time support and advice.

PLEASE NOTE: There are some weeks where regular classes do not happen (holidays/training days/venue closure). If your course crosses any of these dates you will skip the week and return the following to continue your remaining sessions.
